Getting Started
Any licensed therapist, counselor, mental health professional, educator, or specialist with original therapy materials can become a seller. We welcome resources from professionals across all therapy backgrounds and modalities.
You can upload worksheets, activity kits, handouts, lesson plans, assessments, flashcards, visual aids, interactive PDFs, and more, anything that supports therapeutic practice or mental wellness. All resources must be original and comply with our quality guidelines.
Creating a store is simple. Sign up for an account, then access your vendor dashboard and follow the steps to set up your store profile. We recommend:
- Adding a profile photo and banner
- Writing a short store description
- Uploading your first resource
You can have your store set up in just a few minutes.
From your vendor dashboard:
- Click “Add Product”
- Add a title, description, and price
- Upload your file
- Publish
Once approved, your resource will then be available for purchase once your account is fully set up.
Payments & Payouts
We offer two seller plans:
• Basic (Free): Earn 65% per sale, $0.30 transaction fee
• Premium ($29.99/year): Earn 80% per sale, $0.15 transaction fee
Yes. All sellers are required to connect a Stripe Express account in order to receive payments. During onboarding, you’ll be prompted to set this up.
Without completing this step, your products may be visible but cannot be purchased.
This usually happens when a seller has not fully completed their Stripe setup. Make sure your Stripe account is connected and verified to ensure your listings are active for buyers.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When a customer purchases your resource:
- The payment is processed immediately
- Your earnings (minus fees) are sent to your Stripe account
Payout timing is managed by Stripe. Most sellers receive payouts on a rolling basis depending on:
- Their Stripe settings
- Their bank’s processing time
You can view payout details directly in your Stripe account.
TherapistCreated uses a simple, transparent fee structure:
- Basic sellers: 35% + $0.30 per order
- Premium sellers: 20% + $0.15 per order
There are no hidden fees.
Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through TherapistCreated.
Depending on your location and earnings, Stripe may issue tax forms (such as a 1099 in the U.S.). We recommend consulting a tax professional.
Yes. We welcome international sellers. However, you must be able to connect a Stripe account supported in your country. Currency conversion or banking fees may apply.
Orders & Downloads
Yes. You’ll need to create a free account at checkout in order to purchase and access your downloads. This ensures your files are saved so you can return and download them anytime.
Once a purchase is complete, your files are available in three ways:
- On the order confirmation page immediately after checkout
- In your account under My Account → Orders → Downloads
- Through the download link sent to your email
If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact support and we’ll help you.
This usually happens when a seller has not connected their Stripe account. If you're a buyer:
- Try a different product or contact support

- Double-check that your Stripe account is fully connected
Products & Content
Absolutely. Our resources are designed for individual, group, school, or clinical use. Please check each product’s license to ensure you’re using it within the allowed terms.
Yes. All resources must be created by you or used with proper rights and licenses. You may not upload copyrighted materials that you do not have permission to sell.
Yes, as long as you follow Canva’s licensing terms.
You may use Canva elements within your designs, but you cannot resell unmodified elements on their own. Your final product should be your own original work.
AI tools may be used as part of your creative process. However, all resources must be meaningfully original, clinically appropriate, and created with professional oversight.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their materials are accurate, high-quality, and useful in real-world therapeutic settings.
No. All resources must be fully de-identified and comply with privacy laws and ethical guidelines. Do not include any protected or identifiable client information.
Yes. You can include:
- Links to additional resources
- QR codes
- Embedded video content
Just make sure you have the rights to any content you include.
Refunds & Support
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are typically final. However, refunds may be considered if:
- A file is corrupted or unusable
- There was a duplicate purchase
- There is a technical issue
