Relationship Priorities Mapping Tool | Visual Values & Relationship Comparison Worksheet

$1.00

This is my favorite worksheet – it provides a visual to help clients identify relationship priorities, compare past and current relationships, and recognize patterns using a 1–10 rating scale. Ideal for values clarification, attachment work, and relationship insight.

Description

The Relationship Priorities Mapping Tool is a visual, insight-driven worksheet designed to help clients clarify what matters most in their relationships and evaluate how different people have met those priorities over time.

Clients begin by identifying key relationship values (such as trust, communication, respect, or emotional safety) and labeling each priority on the mapping wheel. Using a color or shape key, multiple relationships—past, current, or ideal—can be plotted on the same visual. Each relationship is rated on a scale of 1–10 for every priority, creating a clear, concrete picture of alignment, gaps, and recurring patterns.

This tool externalizes relationship dynamics in a non-judgmental way, making it especially helpful for clients who struggle to articulate why relationships feel unfulfilling or confusing. The completed map often sparks meaningful conversations around boundaries, attachment patterns, expectations, and growth over time.
