I live in Cary, NC, with my Persian rescue cats, Heiner, Batata, Odin and my life partner. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me at board game bars, Renaissance Faires, cat cafes, poetry slams, used bookstores, hockey games (let’s go Canes!), comic and anime conventions, and exploring mountains, beaches, and far-off places — from Memphis (my hometown) to Scotland to the Seychelles.
I write (therapy resources, sci-fi, fantasy), stay curious about world religions and cultures, love boba tea, and am always learning — both as a human and a therapist.
