Greetings, colleagues. I have gathered information for my perspective on parenting and classroom management over the past 10 years. I attended Pacific Oaks for my Master’s in Marriage and Family therapy with an emphasis on Trauma Studies. I then worked in community mental health with children in families for over 6 years. Then, went to Alliant University and received my Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology. When my daughter passed away, my passion for helping others grew. I hope my work helps your practice and/or school be more trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive.
